of Payment |
Payments to be made by cash or by bank transfer.
Full advance payment for services should reach KRUMLOV TOURS as follows:
- Individuals: at least 10 days prior to arrival
- KRUMLOV TOURS escorted tours: at least 14 days prior to arrival
PAYMENT FOR THE LAST MINUTE BOOKING must be processed immediately after the fix confirmation of the booking to the client.

| Refunds |
Refunds for unsatisfactory services provided by KRUMLOV TOURS can be claimed either by the client in person immediately.
The claim must be submitted in writing within 1 month from the claim has occured. Assessment and settlement of claims is carried out according to the rates and procedures outlined by the Czech law. KRUMLOV TOURS disclaims responsibility for all damages arising from force majeure which prevented company from meeting its commitments.
Force majeure shall mean any circumstances that arise after the contract has been concluded, which the contracting parties could not have foreseen, which could in no way be averted, and which temporarily or permanently prevents KRUMLOV TOURS from meeting its obligations as laid down in the contract. |
